Union Colony Civic Center, 701 10th Ave, Greeley Even with Mrs. Claus and all those elves, the chubby guy himself couldn’t create a better winter wonderland than Greeley’s Festival of Trees held in the Union Colony Civic Center’s lobbies. Every nook and cranny will be filled with beautifully decorated trees and wreaths brimming with baubles, bright lights and displays of holiday collections. Strolling through the trees is only part of the fun!
